At REP\u00daBLICA Jungle & Caribbean Seafaris, we understand that unexpected situations can arise during your vacation. We want you to feel confident when booking your custom diving experiences with us, so we have established a clear and fair Refund and Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n

Here is a breakdown of our policy for online bookings:<\/p>\n

  • Cancellations:\n
      \n
    • More than 10 days before your arrival: You will receive a full refund.<\/li>\n
    • Between 10 and 2 days before arrival: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged.<\/li>\n
    • Within 48 hours of arrival: Unfortunately, cash refunds will not be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations due to illness: If you become ill and are unable to participate in your diving, snorkeling or excursion due to a documented medical condition, we understand. Please provide a written statement from a local doctor. We will do our best to reschedule your activity free of charge. If rescheduling is not possible within the timeframe<\/li>\n
    • No-shows: Cancellations without prior notice or on the day of your reservation will not receive a refund or credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Weather:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • We may reschedule excursions due to poor weather, based on availability.<\/li>\n
      • All scheduled dives, snorkels and excursions will take place as planned unless otherwise directly informed by REP\u00daBLICA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellations by REP\u00daBLICA Jungle & Caribbean Seafaris:<\/p>\n

        • In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Important Notes:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • A local medical certificate is required for illness-related cancellations.<\/li>\n
          • Rainy or cloudy weather is not a valid reason for cancellation by the client. We follow the Harbor Master’s recommendations for tour cancellations to ensure your safety.<\/li>\n
          • A “no show” is treated the same as a late cancellation (no refund or credit).<\/li>\n
          • A 5% processing fee may apply to authorized refunds.<\/li>\n
          • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by bank and country, and may take up to 45 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
