Description

You’ll learn diving leadership techniques through eLearning and in-person study alongside our highly trained instructors. During this excellent course, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with professionals who will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you acquire a solid, applied understanding.

You’ll perform confined water techniques and endurance exercises, as well as practice drills that will increase your organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as help others improve their diving techniques and overall confidence. You’ll also learn how to manage stressful situations, improve dive safety, and build trust within your diving team.

You’ll put this knowledge to work through a structured integration period or a series of hands-on training exercises, allowing you to practice real-life scenarios and hone your leadership skills. This course prepares you to assume responsibility, supervise other divers, and ensure a safe environment during dives in incredible locations like the Riviera Maya.

Required experience

PADI Rescue Diver certification (or equivalent)
Emergency First Response certification in the last 24 months
40 logged dives
Medical exam and authorization to dive by a doctor
